Just finished trying the Kitchens of India Palak Paneer and wanted to tell you just how fabulous it is! I try a lot of Indian food from the supermarket and this was, by far, the very best palak paneer I've ever had. It has just the right amount of spices. Absolutely delicious! I'd have to put it up there with my friend's mother's homemade recipe!
